PAYMENTS

1. What are your modes of payment?
We accept PayPal, online debit and credit card payments via PayPal, as well as payments made via bank deposit to either BPI or BDO accounts.
*Credit card payments can be made via PayPal even without a PayPal account.

2. Can I reserve items?
After placing your orders, the items will be reserved for you for 2 days. After which, if payments are not completed, they will be made available to other clients.

SHIPPING

1. What courier do you use to ship items?
We ship domestically and internationally via Xend.

2. What are your rates?
Deliveries within Metro Manila cost P75. Deliveries to Provincial Areas cost P130. For purchases above P2,500, shipping is FREE.
Worldwide shipping is estimated to cost P1000. Please provide us with exact address, including postal code to know the exact amount.

3. Do you ship daily?
Four Cranes ships orders from Mondays to Saturdays within 24 hours after payment is verified. 

4. How long is your shipping time?
Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days (or earlier if within Metro Manila)
International orders: 7-15 business days
Four Cranes is not liable for any delay made by the courier service.

5. On TAXES AND DUTIES for International Shipping:
Import duties and taxes applied on your package upon arrival in your country will not be shouldered by Four Cranes. Such fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information about duties and taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping Four Cranes. We highly value our dear shoppers and we want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. 

Should you have any concerns with the items please refer to the terms and conditions below, or feel free to contact us so that we may address your concerns as quickly as possible. 

1.  What if the item I ordered doesn’t fit me?

We allow the possibility of exchanges within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item remains unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging and free of odor. 

Exchanges can only be made to the same item of different size based on stock availability. If, however, stocks are unavailable, you may choose another item at the same value or higher.

2. What if I received a damaged/defective item?

Four Cranes makes sure that all items are in good quality and condition prior to shipment. 

However, if you encounter problems with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days after receipt of products so that we may assist you appropriately.

3. Who will pay for the shipment fees?

Shipping is free on the replacement item. However, we do NOT cover shipping costs nor will we be responsible for any lost packages sent back to us. We highly recommend  using a courier service with a tracking number.

4. Do you allow refund?

Four Cranes does NOT allow refund. We only allow exchanges or converting the value of the return product into store credit, which you may use anytime in the future. Please review the details and measurements of the products before purchasing to avoid any problems.
